Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Requesting a return
Request a return from your account on posterboyz.studio, on the order in question, or by emailing info@posterboyz.studio. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address:
Halvemaanstraat 26A, 5651BP Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
As a small web shop, we don't have the discounted shipping contracts that larger companies do. We pay the shipping costs for both the delivery and the return. To share these costs fairly, we deduct €7.75 from the refund for every return. This doesn't apply if you received a damaged, defective or wrong item.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In that case you don't pay any return costs.

Exceptions / items that can't be returned
Certain types of items can't be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers or plants), custom products (special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (beauty products, for example). We also don't accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it in: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll let you know and tell you whether the return has been approved. If it's approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within ten working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
